“User,” or “you” and “your,” refers to the parents, guardians, students and visitors using School’s website and payment services.

“Service” means the internet payment gateway, website content, and communication tools offered to you by the School.

Student payee online is to facilitate fee remittance. You agree to provide accurate information in connection with your use of the Service, and you are solely responsible for any information posted, transmitted or otherwise made available through your use of the Service.  Access will be terminated if the School determines that access has been improperly used, or for any breach of School policy.

Some convenience fee or bank charges may apply as per the payment method (credit card, debit card & net banking). These are set by payment gateway provider and will differ. NES International School Mumbai has no control or jurisdiction over such extra charges.

In the event that any refunds are deemed due, such refunds will be processed following the School’s fee policy.  Applications should be made in writing with proper reason. Refunds that have been approved will be issued back onto the original form of payment, in good time. Payment gateway convenience fees are not refundable.

We value your privacy. Personal information including student and contact details, payment and other personal data is collected only for School-related purposes. This data is kept secure and only disclosed to personnel or service related partners who need it to manage payment activities. The School will not sell, rent or disclose personal data to any unrelated third parties.

6.1 The School strives to ensure that the website and payment service are available 24/7 but we do not guarantee error-free operation of that availability.

6.2 The School cannot take responsibility for delayed transactions or interrupted connections to banks, internet providers payment systems.

6.3 The responsibility lies in the end users to take precautionary measures while using digital like using a secure device and not sharing logins or payment details.

NES International School Mumbai reserves the right to change or amend this document at any time. New terms will be published on the website and use of our services after that shall constitute acceptance.
